By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:PAYMENT
- Payment is 100% upfront.
- Prices may increase depending on complexity.
- I may decline a commission for any reason.PROCESS & REVISIONS
- Please provide clear instructions. References are greatly appreciated.
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
- Major changes after approval may cost extra.
- Completion times vary depending on workload and commission complexity. The piece/s may be completed in 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise.REFUNDS
- Refunds are handled case-by-case.
- If I cancel your commission, you will receive a refund for any unfinished work.
- If you cancel after work has started, your refund may be reduced based on progress.PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
- Commission prices include personal use only unless otherwise stated.
- You may post the artwork with credit, but may not claim, resell, or redistribute the artwork.
- Commercial use, merchandise, advertising, or resale requires prior permission and may incur an additional fee.ARTIST RIGHTS
- I retain the copyright to my artwork.
- I may post completed commissions in my portfolio/social media unless a private commission arrangement is made beforehand.AI / NFT
- Do not use my artwork for AI training, AI generation/editing, NFTs, or other machine-learning purposes without my permission.MERCH
- Want your commission turned into a keychain, sticker, print, etc.? Ask me first! Merchandise rights are not included in standard commission prices.Feel free to inquire before committing. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
